HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

Follow the prompts to fill in the form, and to process your credit card - please do not leave any field open. I need to have the following information to be able to do your reading:
- Your birth date
The time of day (nearest) you were born
The town where you were born, if it is a small village, and not on a map, then use the next nearest town east or west.
