Making a fertility calendar booking
We have created an online fertility appointment booking system to help you arrange to meet Nicky. We know that most people work during the day, so you can book every part of your fertility appointment, and pay for it online. However, we will naturally still contact you to check your details and times. You can see below the dates when Nicky is free to meet to discuss your fertility calender and various areas around fertility.
Click on the fertility calendar, a day and time slot that would suit you.
Follow the prompts to fill in the form, and to process your credit card - please do not leave any field open. I need to have the following information to be able to do your reading:
- Your birth date
- The time of day (nearest) you were born
- The town where you were born, if it is a small village, and not on a map, then use the next nearest town east or west.
